Pfaff Kartsport has announced a new leadership structure, with Curtis Fox taking the Team Principal role as the organisation prepares for winter competition and the 2027 Canadian season.
In a team release published by Canadian Karting News on 29 September, Pfaff says Matthew Miles becomes Sporting & Technical Director. Marco Filice takes an expanded role spanning coaching, data engineering and assistant technical direction, while Mosport Motor Werks manager Steven Thexton joins the leadership group.
Fox also serves as General Manager of Mosport Karting Centre, giving the announcement a direct connection to one of Ontario's established karting venues.
Programme details still to follow
The team identifies ROK Vegas, SKUSA SuperNationals, Florida Winter Tour and RMC Winter Trophy among its planned winter activities. It also says it intends to continue supporting club, regional and national competition in Ontario and Quebec.
Those are programme intentions, rather than a complete driver roster or a guarantee of availability at every event. Pfaff says more information about winter programmes and the next season will follow.
For a family evaluating team support, the useful follow-up questions concern which meetings are covered, who provides coaching and mechanical assistance, and what is included in the quoted package. A leadership announcement identifies the people responsible; a detailed programme establishes what a driver can book.
