What are the height requirements?

For both tracks, the minimum height is 137cm (4ft 6in). This is strictly enforced to ensure drivers can safely reach the pedals.

Is it open every day?

Yes, but they operate primarily on a pre-booked basis. Always call or check the website for availability, especially as the track often hosts professional race events on weekends.

What should I wear?

Closed-toe shoes are essential. Pallas provides all necessary gear: suits, helmets, and gloves. As it is a wide-open outdoor site in the West of Ireland, it can be very windy—bring warm layers for when you're out of the kart!

How far is it from Galway City?

It is about a 50-60 minute drive from Galway City. It is closer to Portumna (15 mins) and Loughrea (20 mins).

Can I watch the racing?

Yes. There is a large elevated viewing platform and a reception area with a snack bar where friends can watch the karts battle it out on the massive circuit below.
