These terms cover user contributions to Kart Directory alongside the website terms and the terms for the specific service. They apply only to features actually available. They do not promise that every contribution will be published.
Community and User Content Terms
The standards that apply to comments, blog posts, reviews, photographs, videos and other content contributed by users.
Policy details
User content includes comments, reviews, ratings, posts, guides, profile text, messages intended for publication, photographs, audio, video, links, captions and listing additions. Content can be public and searchable worldwide.
Be honest, relevant and respectful. Do not submit illegal content; threats or encouragement of violence; harassment or hate; child sexual abuse material; terrorist content; fraud or scams; privacy violations; doxxing; unlawful discrimination; malicious code; spam; undisclosed paid promotion; dangerous impersonation; or instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing.
Do not encourage unsafe driving, bypassing venue safety controls, unlawful road use or participation contrary to age, health or equipment requirements. Clearly distinguish personal experience from professional or official safety guidance.
You keep ownership of your content. You confirm that you created it or hold all rights and permissions needed to publish it, including music, footage, trademarks and permissions from identifiable people. Do not upload confidential information or another person’s personal data without a lawful basis.
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, caption, translate, display and share it as needed to operate and promote the relevant Kart Directory service. Service providers may exercise those rights on our behalf for that purpose. Specific article or listing terms govern the scope for those submissions. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to sell your work as a standalone product. The licence continues while published and for limited backups, legal evidence and existing distributed materials as reasonably necessary; applicable deletion rights remain.
We may use human and automated review to detect, label, restrict, reject or remove content and to suspend accounts. We will apply published rules consistently and keep records where required. We do not promise to pre-screen every contribution.
We will take proportionate steps required by applicable online-safety law, including acting swiftly when we become aware of illegal content. Where law requires, we may preserve and report content and account information to the appropriate authority. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services.
Report suspected illegal, unsafe or rule-breaking content through our contact page; an account is not needed to use that page. Include the exact URL, the reason for the report, relevant evidence and a contact method if you want a response. Do not redistribute illegal material as evidence or include unnecessary personal information. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Reporting does not guarantee removal; we assess the content and applicable law.
To challenge a moderation or account decision, or complain about handling of a report, contact us with the original reference or URL, the decision and why you think it is wrong. We will consider relevant context and new evidence, explain the outcome where lawful and correct a decision found to be wrong. We may withhold details that would expose private information, undermine safety or breach the law. This does not restrict available statutory complaints, regulator access or court remedies.
[Before public publishing launches: confirm the responsible team, actual intake and escalation process, response standards and any required independent redress arrangements.]
Disclose sponsorships, gifts, affiliate links and other material relationships clearly. Businesses must not create fake reviews, suppress genuine criticism through misuse of reporting, or pose as independent customers.
You may request deletion through account tools or contact us. We may retain limited copies where necessary for legal obligations, safety, complaints, fraud prevention, backups or the rights of others. Search-engine copies may take time to disappear.
Read the website terms and local consumer protections and privacy policy and territory-specific rights. User Centrix Ltd. operates Kart Directory. Contact us through the contact page with the relevant reference. Describing an optional offering here does not activate it or promise availability.
