These terms cover digital products and, where offered, physical merchandise sold through Kart Directory. Product-specific descriptions, licences, delivery and cancellation information form part of the actual offer. External marketplace sales and purchases on third-party websites are separate transactions.

Policy details
Kart Directory (KartDirectory.Racing) is operated by User Centrix Ltd. In these policies, “we”, “us” and “our” mean User Centrix Ltd. Contact us through the contact page.
[To complete before public launch: registered business address, company registration jurisdiction and number, and public legal/privacy email.]
The product page and checkout identify the seller for each purchase. A fulfilment or printing partner does not replace the identified seller’s obligations. Purchases made on an external website are governed by that seller’s terms.
Product pages describe the included files, format, intended use, compatibility and licence tier. Check that the format and licence meet your needs before ordering. Preview images may be reduced, watermarked or illustrative.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation or make the download available. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable content or legal restrictions and will return any payment taken.
The total price and currency are shown before payment, including applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by Stripe or another identified provider. We do not store full card details.
We deliver to the account or email supplied at checkout. You are responsible for entering a usable email address and safeguarding download links. Contact us if accepted digital content is not supplied within the stated time.
Digital-content cancellation rights depend on the applicable law. Where immediate supply can lawfully end a cooling-off right, we need your prior express consent to begin supply, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of that right and the required confirmation. A pre-ticked box or payment alone is not that consent. If these conditions are not met, applicable cancellation rights continue. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content remain even after supply begins. The checkout must explain whether delayed supply is available when consent is declined.
Digital content must match its description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for a disclosed purpose where mandatory consumer law applies. Contact us with the order number if a file is missing, corrupt or materially misdescribed so we can provide a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as the law requires. These terms do not reduce statutory rights.
Purchase grants the non-exclusive, non-transferable licence stated on the product page. Unless the relevant licence expressly permits it, do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share source files, remove rights notices or use a product as a standalone asset in another product for sale. Ownership of intellectual property does not transfer.
A purchase includes only the files and updates expressly described at checkout. We may retire older products, but this does not remove rights relating to an accepted order. Keep a secure copy after download.
Where the shop offers physical merchandise, the listing and checkout must state the seller, material product characteristics, sizes or variants, delivery destination, production and delivery estimate, total price, shipping charges and any disclosed import charges or responsibility for duties. Print-on-demand describes production and does not by itself mean an item is personalised or exempt from cancellation rights.
Follow the cancellation and return instructions supplied with the actual order. A lawful personalised-goods exception does not remove rights for faulty, unsafe, damaged or misdescribed goods. Contact us about missing or damaged delivery, using your order reference; do not return goods to an address that has not been confirmed. A printing or shipping partner’s commercial policy cannot override rights against the seller. No physical fulfilment or territory availability is promised merely by inclusion of this section.
Read the website terms and local consumer protections and privacy policy and territory-specific rights. User Centrix Ltd. operates Kart Directory. Contact us through the contact page with the relevant reference. Describing an optional offering here does not activate it or promise availability.
