Discover family-friendly and pro karting across Bedfordshire.

Bedfordshire offers a stark choice for karting enthusiasts: accessible, high-octane indoor racing or world-class, exclusive corporate events. While the county doesn't have a high volume of tracks, the quality of what is available is exceptional. Whether you are looking for a casual evening race in Dunstable or a "bucket list" motorsport experience at the Autodrome, Bedfordshire delivers.

The primary destination for public racing is TeamSport Dunstable. Located just outside Luton, this venue is somewhat of a rarity in the modern indoor scene because it still operates petrol karts. For purists who prefer the sound and smell of a real engine over electric torque, this 500m multi-level track is a favorite. It features a challenging layout with hairpins and fast straights, accessible to anyone from age 8 upwards. At the other end of the spectrum lies Bedford Autodrome, home of the legendary PalmerSport event. Designed by former F1 driver Jonathan Palmer, this facility is not a standard "turn up and drive" track. It is a dedicated corporate motorsport complex where guests drive everything from Le Mans-style prototypes to F3000 single-seaters. While you cannot simply book a 20-minute karting session here, the karting element of their full-day corporate program is world-class, taking place on a purpose-built outdoor pursuit circuit.

Drivers can race from 8 years old (Cadet Karts) provided they meet the height requirement (usually 125cm+), while the adult petrol karts are for drivers aged 13+.
