However, it is a good one: a fully floodlit outdoor track that serves as the motorsport hub for Warwick, Leamington Spa, and Stratford-upon-Avon.
The undisputed "Hero Venue" for the county is Adventure Sports Warwick (Wedgnock Lane). This venue is the spiritual successor to the famous Mr Karting brand. It features a technical outdoor tarmac circuit set within a massive 100-acre activity centre. The track was resurfaced in 2021 and runs a fleet of 270cc petrol karts. Crucially, it is fully floodlit, allowing for outdoor racing even on winter evenings. It is the go-to location for stag dos and corporate days in the region, often combined with clay pigeon shooting or quad biking on the same site.
For Nuneaton & North Warwickshire: Following the permanent closure of Ace Karting, there are no tracks left in Nuneaton town itself. However, residents are well-positioned for world-class racing just across the borders:
- North: Daytona Tamworth (Staffordshire) is only 15-20 minutes away via the A5. This is a championship-level outdoor circuit.
- South: TeamSport Coventry (West Midlands) offers high-quality indoor petrol racing just 20 minutes down the A444.
