About MSR Houston Karting
MSR Houston Karting is a three-quarter-mile outdoor rental track in Angleton with ten-minute public sessions for drivers aged 13+ and at least 57 inches. Public access runs Thursday to Sunday; Monday is maintenance-only and Tuesday-Wednesday are reserved for pre-arranged corporate events. Parties, private track time and a conference room are available, while everyday food is limited to vending and event-weekend vendors. The karting phone and hours are corrected; booking remains disabled.

Three-quarter-mile outdoor track
MSR Houston Karting operates south of Houston at the wider motorsports complex in Angleton. Its dedicated outdoor kart circuit is three quarters of a mile long and sells ten-minute public sessions rather than presenting the road-course member rules as karting rules.
Public karting requirements
- Age: 13+.
- Height: minimum 57 inches.
- Waiver: every participant completes the applicable main or minor karting release.
- Session: ten minutes; availability is shown on the current karting calendar.
- Contact: use the dedicated karting number, +1 281-595-3305, rather than the main-office line.
Current access pattern
- Monday: closed for maintenance.
- Tuesday-Wednesday: pre-arranged corporate or private events only.
- Thursday: noon-6pm.
- Friday: 10am-6pm.
- Saturday-Sunday: 9am-6pm.
- Calendar: event use can limit access, so check the live month before a long journey.
Groups and facilities
- Events: birthdays, bachelor or graduation parties, team building and corporate sessions can use private track time.
- Room: a conference room with a track view is included with eligible corporate reservations.
- Food boundary: the official FAQ describes snack/drink vending and food vendors on major event weekends, and permits visitors to bring food and non-alcoholic drinks. It does not support a normal cooked-food/catering attribute.
- Alcohol: prohibited while either track is green.
- No directory booking: Kart Directory displays no operator checkout URL.
