About The Mainland
The Mainland Adventure Park is Southern Ocean County's premier adrenaline hub, located just off Route 72 on the way to Long Beach Island. While many Shore attractions rely on nostalgia, The Mainland is built on modern technology—specifically its "Extreme Karting" track, which uses high-torque electric motors for instant acceleration. The venue is designed as a "stay and play" destination; after racing through over 1,000 feet of technical track, guests can transition seamlessly to the 50-foot climbing wall, the retro-style arcade, or the full-service Kitchen + Pub for craft cocktails and wood-fired pizza.

The Karting Experience
- Track Layout: The circuit is designed for technical skill rather than pure top-end speed. With multiple hairpins and 1,000 linear feet of track, it rewards drivers who can maintain their momentum through the tight corners.
- Pricing: Standard races are typically priced at $15 per person for both single and double karts.
- Electric Power: The karts are quiet and emission-free, allowing the track to be located in the heart of the park without the noise or fumes of traditional go-karts.
The Adventure Park Ecosystem
- Aerial Activities: The park features over 50 aerial obstacles across three difficulty levels, culminating in four extended ziplines that traverse the entire park.
- Mainland Arcade: Located in the lodge, the arcade features a mix of retro classics like Pac-Man and Pinball alongside modern redemption games.
- Dining & Stay: The Mainland Kitchen + Pub offers 20+ beers on tap and a cozy atmosphere with outdoor fire pits, while the adjacent Manahawkin Holiday Inn (rebranded as Hotel LBI partner) offers lodging for multi-day trips.
