How fast do the electric karts go?

The adult electric karts are high-performance machines capable of speeds up to 85 kph (approx. 50 mph). Junior karts are speed-restricted to ensure safety for younger drivers.

What is the minimum height to race?

All drivers must be at least 52 inches (132 cm) tall. This applies to both Junior and Adult races to ensure you can reach the pedals and steering wheel safely.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, it is highly recommended. You can book your race times online through the "Stoked by Splitsville" website. Walk-ins are accepted but often face long wait times, especially on weekends.

Is there an age limit?

Racers must be at least 8 years old to participate in Junior races. Adult races are reserved for drivers aged 16 and older.

Are the karts gas or electric?

The fleet consists entirely of electric karts. This provides faster acceleration (torque), no exhaust fumes, and a quieter racing environment compared to old-school gas tracks.

Can adults and kids race together?

Generally, no. Races are split into "Junior" and "Adult" heats to maintain safety, as the adult karts run at much higher speeds. However, family heats may be arranged during specific times—check with the front desk.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes. For the safety of the driver and the equipment, there is a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs (113 kg).

What else is there to do at the centre?

The Stoked Centre is huge! Besides karting, you can go bowling at Splitsville, ride the indoor SkyRail zipline, tackle the ropes course, play in the arcade, or grab a meal at the Stoked Kitchen & Bar.
