Is it open year-round?

Yes. Halfway Karting is an all-weather facility. However, winter hours can be more restricted (often weekend-heavy). Booking is essential for all sessions.

What is the age limit?

- Karts: They cater to all ages (generally 8+ for solo karts), with different sized karts available. - Stock Cars: Usually restricted to older teens and adults (16+ is common for car-based activities—check specifically when booking).

Do I need to bring my own gear?

No. All safety equipment, including helmets and suits, is supplied by the venue.

How do I get there?

It is located directly on the main road in Burnfoot. It is less than 10 minutes from Derry City, making it a favorite for cross-border visitors.

Can I get a printout of my times?

Yes. The venue uses a computerized timing system, and you will receive a printout of your performance after your race.
