Can I rent a go-kart here?

No. KartSport Canterbury is a members-only club. They do not have public rental karts. (For rental karts in Christchurch, see Supa Karts or Game Over below).

Where is Carrs Road?

It is located in Halswell, on the south-western edge of Christchurch. Directions: It is just off the Christchurch Southern Motorway, near the Halswell Quarry Park.

I have my own kart. Can I use the track?

Yes, if you hold a current KartSport New Zealand licence. You will need to pay a practice fee or join the club to get a key for the gate.

Is this the dirt track?

No. This is the Tarmac sprint track. (There is a separate club called "Christchurch Speedway Karts" that races on dirt ovals, but Carrs Road is for tarmac racing).

What ages race here?

The club caters to all ages, starting from Cadet ROK (Age 6) through to Juniors, Seniors, and Masters (Age 40+).
