Chequered Flag Karting

Outdoor karting near Grimsby

Chequered Flag Go Karting operates from Cheapside at Waltham, south of Grimsby. The current operator has launched a new website and contact details following the incorporation of Chequered Flag Go-Karting Ltd at the circuit address in 2025.

Practice and race choices

• Practice sessions: the published entry format provides 30 minutes of track time with timed results.
• Junior and adult routes: the current price list separates junior and adult practice, but does not publish a dependable age-and-height table.
• Lap Dash 30: this race combines practice or qualifying, a grid start and a 30-lap final.
• Longer races: 40-lap and 50-plus-lap Lap Dash formats add more race distance for eligible groups.

Groups and venue planning

• Private occasions: the operator promotes birthdays, corporate events, stag and hen groups and competitive days.
• Outdoor conditions: weather can affect grip, clothing needs and the final running schedule.
• Safety equipment: contact the venue to confirm what racewear is supplied and what each driver must bring.
• Current contacts: the new operator publishes a mobile number and Outlook email rather than the older directory contacts.

Before travelling

• Confirm eligibility: ask for the current minimum age, height and safe-fit rules because the new site does not yet list them.
• Confirm availability: no dependable weekly opening table is published, so arrange the session before setting out.
• Use the correct postcode: the current venue and Companies House address is Cheapside, Waltham, DN37 0JE.
• No directory booking: this informational listing contains no external Chequered Flag reservation or checkout button.
