Two-track indoor karting in Addison
K1 Speed Addison serves Chicago’s western suburbs with year-round electric racing. The centre combines two timed indoor tracks with a large event offer and the same separate adult and junior access model used across K1 Speed.
Driver requirements
- Junior karts: drivers need a minimum height of 48 inches.
- Adult karts: the adult minimum is 58 inches.
- No mixed races: adult and junior fleets do not share a race.
- Safe fit: staff measure drivers at the venue and management gives final approval only when every control can be operated safely.
Hours and race access
- Current hours: Monday-Thursday noon-10pm, Friday noon-midnight, Saturday 10am-midnight and Sunday 10am-10pm.
- Junior cut-off: no junior races run after 8pm on Fridays or Saturdays.
- Arrive & Drive: prepaid K1 races are not timed reservations and public sessions run first come, first served.
- Groups: eight or more racers use the group-sales route; all racers need waivers and a parent or legal guardian signs for minors.
