Get behind the wheel for unmatched racing in Connecticut.

Connecticut has taken a "bigger is better" approach to go-karting. The state is famous for hosting massive, multi-level indoor entertainment centers that rival anything found in Europe. Whether you are looking for the world's largest indoor track near Mohegan Sun, high-speed petrol racing in Wallingford, or a premium electric experience inside Foxwoods Resort Casino, Connecticut offers an incredibly high standard of racing.

The undisputed king of the region is Supercharged Entertainment in Montville (near Mohegan Sun). This facility claims the title of the "World’s Largest Indoor Multi-Level Karting Track". It features two distinct tracks that can be combined into a single "Supertrack" over a quarter-mile long, running a fleet of high-performance electric karts. It is a bucket-list venue for any karter. For those who prefer the roar of a real engine, On Track Karting in Wallingford is the sanctuary for purists. It is one of the few remaining indoor facilities that runs Sodi Petrol Karts (Gas) rather than electric. The track is long, fast, and technical, offering the authentic vibration and handling that electric karts sometimes lack. If you are visiting the casinos, Monza World Class Karting at Foxwoods offers a premium experience. Located inside the Fox Tower, it features a dramatic multi-level track with significant elevation changes. While primarily an electric track for the public, they uniquely maintain a fleet of gas karts for specific leagues and pro events. Seasonal Outdoor Racing: While CT is dominated by indoor tracks, Lime Rock Park (Lakeville) runs a seasonal program called "Kart the Park." This allows you to race gas-powered CRG Centurion karts on a dedicated circuit within the legendary motorsport venue's infield—but only during the warmer months.

Go karting in Connecticut - FAQs

Common questions about karting in Connecticut.

Supercharged Entertainment in Montville is the largest. Its claimed track surface area (80,000 sq ft) and multi-level design make it one of the biggest indoor tracks in the world.

Yes. On Track Karting in Wallingford runs a full fleet of gas-powered Sodi karts daily. Monza (Foxwoods) has gas karts, but they are generally restricted to league members and special events. Lime Rock Park offers outdoor gas karts seasonally.

Yes. Supercharged has a "Semi-Pro" category for drivers at least 58 inches tall. Unlike some tracks with dedicated "kiddie" karts, Supercharged is more focused on height; anyone meeting the height requirement races the standard karts (at reduced speeds for juniors).

No driver's license is required for "Arrive & Drive" sessions at any of these venues. However, you will need to sign a waiver (or have a parent sign one if you are under 18) and meet height requirements.
