Indoor karting designed for younger children
Kart Town is inside Parkway Mall in Scarborough and is built around early driving experiences rather than adult performance karting. The Classic Karts suit children aged roughly two to ten, with track staff teaching the controls and supervising each ride.
A karting “adventure” lasts about five minutes and is described as roughly ten laps. Walk-in tickets are sold at reception on a first-come, first-served basis, while reservations are limited to birthday-party products.
Height, adult and kart rules
- Minimum rider: the original Classic Karts accept children from 31 inches, or 80cm, tall.
- Ride together: a child between 31 and 43 inches can share a kart with a parent.
- Drive solo: children at least 43 inches, or 110cm, can normally drive independently after staff instruction.
- Weight limit: the combined maximum for a parent-and-child kart is 220lb, or 100kg.
Play areas, arcade and parties
Two-hour admission can combine karting with the indoor playground, bouncy castle and toy-car area, while arcade games use Kart Koins. Birthday packages add a themed room, food and activity support, but the public track remains open and party guests may share the queue with other visitors.
Before you visit
- Choose the right product: compare a single ride with packages that add a second kart adventure and arcade tokens.
- Expect a queue: ordinary visits are not time reservations, so busy holiday and weekend periods can mean a wait.
- Check the kart type: party packages currently use the original karts and do not include the newer Formula Karts.
- Use the current details: navigate to Unit 102 inside Parkway Mall or call +1 437-660-5278; the directory's previous phone number was obsolete.
