About Colorado Karting Circuit
Colorado Karting Circuit is a renovated 0.8-mile outdoor course at Centennial Airport in Englewood. The facility welcomes walk-in and pre-booked rental drivers, trained juniors, two-seat experiences and kart owners, while its 2026 programme includes a six-round CKC championship. The circuit was repaved with CIK-compliant curbing in 2024; the promoted customer building, restaurant and private garages are 2027 plans rather than current facilities.

Outdoor karting at Centennial Airport
Colorado Karting Circuit revived a dormant 0.8-mile paved road course at Centennial Airport. A 2024 renovation added new asphalt and CIK-compliant curbing, creating a shared venue for public rental karting, owner-driver practice and organised racing.
Rental and family access
- Walk-ins: the operator currently welcomes walk-ins as well as online bookings, subject to weather, track use and daily availability.
- Junior karts: the current junior programme covers ages 8-12 and requires a training course before family sessions are arranged directly with the venue.
- Two-seat kart: drivers must be 18 or older; passengers must be at least eight years old and 42 inches tall.
- Equipment: rental sessions include the safety briefing, helmets, race gear, timing and results described by the operator.
Owner karting and competition
- Dedicated access: owner-kart sessions are separated from rental traffic and can include early-morning, weekday or evening running.
- 2026 championship: CKC publishes a six-round club series with one drop round, plus links to the Alpine Racing Series.
- Practice: event-weekend practice and ordinary test-and-tune access depend on the current calendar and applicable track fees.
- Storage: trailer and motorhome storage is promoted, but visitors should distinguish this from the private garages planned for 2027.
Current and future facilities
- Now: the repaved circuit, rental fleet, owner paddock support and group racing are operating.
- Planned for 2027: the operator describes a 5,400-square-foot customer building with a bar, restaurant, event space, covered grid and more than 30 private garages.
