Two large multi-level tracks in Edison
Supercharged Entertainment New Jersey dedicates about 80,000 square feet of its 131,000-square-foot indoor venue to electric karting. The two multi-level layouts use elevation changes and high-torque electric karts, with the operator publishing speeds up to 45mph.
The tracks offer different challenges but use the same kart fleet. Public racing is organised into timed heats and can include drivers outside your party unless a private event has been arranged.
Driver categories and race format
- Minimum height: every driver must be at least 58 inches tall and able to operate all controls safely.
- Pro Speed: this faster category is for experienced drivers aged 15 or over who meet the height rule.
- Semi-Pro Speed: eligible drivers under 15 and less experienced adults use the controlled Semi-Pro category.
- Seven-minute heats: races are ranked by fastest lap and can carry up to 21 drivers, subject to operator control.
Waivers, spectators and other activities
Every participant needs a location-specific waiver, with a parent or legal guardian signing for a minor. The wider venue adds an arcade, virtual reality, a two-storey Drop & Twist tower and Burgers & Brews, while spectators can watch from the upstairs area overlooking the tracks.
