The Track Layouts
The facility features two distinct outdoor circuits designed to separate skill levels and ensure safety.
- The Main Circuit: A technical asphalt track featuring twisting corners and acceleration zones. It is designed to handle the speed of the adult gas karts.
- The Junior Circuit: A separate, safer track dedicated specifically for children (ages 7-12). This allows younger drivers to learn the basics of steering and braking without the intimidation of faster adult karts whizzing by.
The Karts
Karting Orford distinguishes itself with a tiered fleet of gas-powered machines:
- 9HP Karts (Standard): Accessible to drivers 14 years and older. These are brisk, responsive, and perfect for first-time visitors or casual groups.
- 13HP Karts (Extreme): Reserved for drivers 16 years and older. These karts offer significantly more torque and top speed. Note: 13HP karts only run on a completely dry track for safety.
