About K1 Speed Columbus
K1 Speed Columbus is an indoor electric karting centre in Hilliard with Ohio’s first multilevel K1 track, separate adult and junior OTL fleets, first-come Arrive & Drive and monthly leagues. Junior karts start at 48 inches and adult karts at 58 inches, subject to safe control; junior races stop after 8pm Friday and Saturday. A Paddock Lounge, arcade, billiards, air hockey and private event space round out the venue. Booking remains disabled.

Multilevel indoor electric track
K1 Speed Columbus opened in Hilliard with the brand’s first multilevel circuit in Ohio. Its OTL Superleggero adult and junior electric fleets run separately on a challenging indoor layout with live timing.
Driver eligibility
- Junior kart: minimum 48 inches.
- Adult kart: minimum 58 inches.
- No mixed fleets: adult and junior karts do not share a race.
- Safe fit: staff measure drivers and final approval depends on safely operating every control.
- Junior cut-off: no junior races after 8pm Friday or Saturday.
Arrive & Drive and groups
- Public racing: Arrive & Drive runs first-come, first-served and rewards best lap rather than track position.
- Online purchase: buying operator races is prepayment, not a timed reservation.
- Groups: private reservations begin at eight racers; all drivers in a group package must use the same kart class.
- Licence: a current annual K1 licence is required.
- Waiver: every racer needs a signed release; a parent or legal guardian signs for a minor.
Hours and wider venue
- Hours: Mon-Thu 11am-10pm; Fri 11am-midnight; Sat 10am-midnight; Sun 10am-10pm, subject to private closures.
- Off track: Paddock Lounge, arcade, pool table, air hockey, podium and private event space.
- Competition: monthly leagues and the wider K1 championship pathway serve returning racers.
- Correct identity: the current operator name is K1 Speed Columbus, not “K1 Speed Karting Columbus”.
- No directory booking: Kart Directory shows no external checkout.
